Oremus: A Guide to Catholic Prayer teaches you the essentials of an effective and fruitful prayer life. Over the course of 8 weeks, you will discover how to place yourself in the presence of God. By focusing on topics such as What is Prayer?, Lectio Divina, Dealing with Distractions, and Desolation & Consolation, you will learn how to express yourself to God in prayer and how to make prayer an integral part of your daily life.

Oremus includes 8 video presentations by Fr. Mark Toups, small-group discussions, and inspiring readings and reflections for each day.
